Living History Artist and Historical Crafter

My name is Kelly Sinclair, I have been a part of various historical living events over the past 3 years and have often given talks regarding the history of the Norse period. I have a passion for History and Archaeology and rely strongly on my research skills when taking part in display work.

I am an academic and senior researcher at Northumbria University. Although my forte is Sociology, Criminology, and Research Methods; all of which stand me in good sted for developing my characters and ensuring the information I pass on the the public at shows is factual. I have taken part in interactive Living History Displays and Photographic Modelling.

Personnal Skills: Research, public speaking, good people skills and the ability to teach and interact with students of all abilities. I am also a skilled crafts person and produce ‘apron beads’.
